I used to work for Best Buy. At the time they had two credit card options. Citi and then HSBC. I wonder if you were routed to the latter. I am tech savvy, but found out you merely need the BEST BUY app. No other application will let you pay your card online. You can however go and pay in store.

Closed out of Edge then reopened and went to Best Buy’s website, login, but didn’t put my password in. Just clicked Forgot Password, which repeated similar steps as above. This time I was able to use the new password to log in on another device and the opposite web or app on the phone. Also, took out a special character from my password.
Issues with BestBuy? I need help! Probably not BitWarden related, but anyone have this issue where BB asks you to reset password everytime you login in, it basically tell you have entered wrong password and have to reset it. The prob has been happening since I started using BW. And yes I've verified thoroughly the password is correct and matching.

Going to add to this post that I am also experiencing this issue that my password doesn't work despite having it saved to my Google Chrome password autofiller feature. So next, the Best Buy login page wants to verify my account by phone text or email via a code. I choose email and when I get the email, it's for a password reset request.
