MIDLAND, Texas (KMID/KPEJ)- The Texas Rangers are investigating after an officer involved shooting in Midland early Monday morning. According to the Midland Police Department, around 2:00 a.m. on October 7, officers responded to a call about a person armed with a gun walking around near the intersection of Lamesa Road and Illinois Avenue.
