Preface: Monster Hunter World is one of my favorite games of the last 10 years. That said. EVERYTHING you said is completely fair. The way the game handles multiplayer is some of the worst multiplayer ive ever experienced in my life. Trying to do the story with another player who is not at the exact same level as you is an exercise is frustration.
Short: MHW is a more complete package, while Rise is the new-new, and will obviously have more players atm, and is still getting updates. Both games are amazing, but I recommend Rise first, simply because it’s the latest MH title. 1. Reply. Share.

Damn, Boltreaver is pretty high, almost 20 places higher than its regular form. Similar thing for Bloodbath. Glad Plesioth made it in the top 100 at least lol. Official Servers for Monster Hunter Frontier shut down at the end of 2019. You are still able to play the game by connecting to emulated private servers however, these servers run software called Erupe, all you have to do is acquire a copy of the game. Try searching around a bit, or ask on the PewPewDojo Discord.
Hi all, We have been growing a Discord server for Monster Hunter Now players in the Chicagoland area. We have groups and roles for the downtown area and all outlying suburb areas. I've met up with a bunch of people through this Discord and am looking to trying to meet all those hunters I meet in-game but never find in real life, lol.
