Somebody suggested sales navigator and man talk about life-changing. If you have an ATS you do not need LinkedIn recruiter lite. Navigator is awesome.
Using Navigator you can get the $80/mo. back pretty quick in efficiency gains if you use LinkedIn regularly. InMail isn't really that useful IMO unless you're trying to do really targeted prospecting. I wouldn't really consider premium business because you don't really get anything useful for the money. That has been my experience.
