Oconto Falls High School is a public high school located in Oconto Falls, Wisconsin, United States. It is the only high school in the Oconto Falls School District, and had an enrollment of 506 for the 2016–2017 school year.
The Bay Conference was established in 1970 by charter members Ashwaubenon, Bay Port, Clintonville, De Pere, Marinette, Oconto, Oconto Falls, Pulaski, Seymour, and West De Pere. 1979 brought the addition of former East Central Conference member New London and former Wisconsin Valley Conference member Shawano, in exchange for Oconto and Oconto Falls, who would go to the Central Wisconsin Conference.

It competes in Division 4 for American football and in Division 3 for volleyball, basketball, track and field, wrestling, baseball and softball. It is a member of the Packerland Conference.
