The New Hope River is entirely flooded by B. Everett Jordan Lake and is formed at the confluence of New Hope Creek and Morgan Creek. The mouth and source elevations are the normal pool elevations for the lake. The New Hope River contributes 21.8% of the total discharge for the Haw River.
