It was in World Heroes 2 that it was changed to "Neo Geegus". I don't know if they are supposed to be the same person with upgrades, or a different alien from the same race. The new name seems to be a play on the system's name "Neo Geo". The same goes for Dio. In World Heroes 2 he is just "Dio", and later gets renamed to "Neo Dio".
