West Fourth Street Historic District is a registered historic district in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio, listed in the National Register of Historic Places on August 13, 1976. [2] In the 2010s, the neighborhood's projects received a $36 million renovation. The neighborhood was renamed from Fay Apartments to Villages at Roll Hill in December 2012 during the renovations. [3]
