The group stemmed from a joint venture set up in 2016 between KaVo (KaVo Dental GmbH), which was established in 1909 in Berlin, Germany, and Kerr Corporation, which was founded in 1891 in Detroit, Michigan, as well as a division of Danaher Corporation headquartered in Brea, California.
