Taking a look over this, I’m seeing two different emails here in the screenshot you send - When you select ‘Log in with Office 365’ are you signing into kat@alaskasbestlodge.com or kat@sportsmancovelodge.com?Usually this happens when a user signs into a different account other than the one thats assigned to Calendly.
