   The chair is the best I have sat in, and has improved my pack and hip pain. Thought I would share my thoughts on the Embody X Logitech after 1 week of ownership. For reference, i am 72” or 183 CM. 225 lbs or 102 kg. Mid 20 y/o. I currently work from home, university part time, and game about an hour or two a day. I exercise regularly too.

   The Embody armrests cannot retract or orient. So it can be a problem when you want to be closer to the table, as the armrests must be aligned with the height of the table. On the contrary of other Herman Miller chairs (Aeron, Mirra 2, Sayl), the Embody chair doesn’t have forward tilt for active workers.

   ADMIN MOD. Herman Miller Embody feels like a regular office chair, very disappointed. After a few days of owning the chair I have to say this thing is not worth 1350 euros. Keep in mind that it usually goes for 1700 - 1800 euros which is absolutely ridiculous. It feels like any other office chair out there.

   But overall, feels nice and cushy at the base, thick enough that feels the price paid. I prefer this thicker fabric than the Aeron mesh, it feels solid on my butt. Adjustability-wise, the seat base extension, seat reclining tension and lumbar support feel 8.5/10. Definitely has slightly less lumbar support at its max compared to the Aeron.

   Looking at purchasing an embody today with the sale. Was wondering what everyone thought on the gaming chair. Was originally going to get the regular embody but the 25% off is intriguing. Looked at the differences on the site only seem to be more seat cushion and that it should keep you cooler longer.

   Last item of note is that the chair is not fully assembled like the embody. Wasn't a problem for me, instructions were easy and well documented, but I can see if you were a company order 100 of them how this could be a selling point. Also Herman Miller has free no questions asked returns. With free shipping both ways.
