Acts 23 is the twenty-third chapter of the Acts of the Apostles in the New Testament of the Christian Bible. It records the period of Paul's imprisonment in Jerusalem and then in Caesarea. The name "Acts of the Apostles" was first used by Irenaeus in the late 2nd century.
