This series is based on the 1989 Philippine film Ang Mahiwagang Daigdig ni Elias Paniki, the series is the fourth installment of Agimat: Ang Mga Alamat ni Ramon Revilla. Director by Claudio "Tots" Sanchez-Mariscal IV, it stars Jake Cuenca.

Carlo Magno Jose Caparas (March 12, 1943 – May 24, 2024) was a Filipino comic strip creator and writer-turned film director and producer.He is best known for creating such Filipino superheroes and comic book characters as Panday, Bakekang, Totoy Bato, Joaquin Bordado, Kamagong, Kamandag, Elias Paniki, Tasya Fantasya, and Gagambino among others.
Opposite Mario O'Hara, he co-wrote the screenplay for Lino Brocka's film Insiang (1976), the first Philippine film to be shown at the Cannes Film Festival in 1978. He was the author of several critically acclaimed books - Hagkis ng Talahib (1971), Pagsalubong sa Habagat (1986 National Book Award for Poetry), and Pingkian at Apat Pang Aklat ng Tunggalian (1997 National Book Award for Poetry).
