Invest 3-5k on a good ZJ to start the build, invest another 8-10k to build it; 2-3k for a good long-arm lift kit + steering + shocks, ~2k for the stock axles to be locked & geared, ~1.5-2k for tires + wheels, 1k for a good winch, 1-2k for bumpers & skids -> at this point you're still left with the weak stock axles.

They’ll build a brand new Jeep with kevlar coating, a lift with wheels/tires, custom bumpers and hood, custom stitched seats/interior etc, but they come out to around $70k.
