Marcus S. Evans (born 1970) is a United States Army major general who has served as commanding general of the 25th Infantry Division since August 25, 2023. [1] [2] He most recently served as the Chief of Staff of the United States Special Operations Command from September 2021 to November 20, 2024.

From 1986 – 1997, the battalion remained attached to the 25th Infantry Division as a separate battalion.
