Napier City Council (Māori: Te Kaunihera o Ahuriri) is the territorial authority of Napier, a city in the Hawke's Bay region of New Zealand's North Island. The council covers the urban and suburban areas of the city, including Central Napier , Bay View , Onekawa , Ahuriri , Taradale , and Meeanee , amongst others.

The area covered by the board is defined in Schedule 1 of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000 and based on territorial authority and ward boundaries as constituted as of 1 January 2001.
