Kentucky Route 1015 is a 5.886-mile-long (9.473 km) rural secondary highway in northeastern Edmonson County and western Hart County. The highway begins at KY 728 (Nolin Dam Road) southeast of Straw. KY 1015 heads north along Union Light Road. Near the Edmonson–Hart county line, the highway veers east into the latter county.
