"Ants Marching" is a song by American rock group Dave Matthews Band. It was released in September 1995 as the second single from their debut studio album Under the Table and Dreaming. It reached #18 on the Billboard Alternative chart and on the Mainstream Rock chart as well. [2] [3] The song was considered a successful hit single.
The band originally recorded the song with lyrics, but they were removed from the final album cut. The album's title comes from a lyric of the song "Ants Marching": "[He] remembers being small / playing under the table and dreaming". The album was dedicated to Matthews' older sister Anne, who was killed by her husband in 1994 in a murder–suicide.

"Prince Charming" was a number-one single in the UK Singles Chart for four weeks in September 1981 for Adam and the Ants. [2] Written by Adam Ant and Marco Pirroni, and featuring on the album of the same name, it was Adam and the Ants' second number-one single in a row [3] and was the fifth biggest hit of 1981.
The first has Adam and the Ants across the top of the sleeve and the later version just Adam Ant. This is probably due to the confusion around the timing of Ant going solo, particularly as the song was performed by three fifths of the band: Ant, Pirroni and Hughes.
