Del Norte Coast Redwoods State Park is a state park of California, United States, and a component of the Redwood National and State Parks. The property is about half old-growth forest of coast redwoods and includes 8 miles (13 km) of wild Pacific coastline. [ 1 ]

He recommended four redwood areas for parks, including three areas that became Prairie Creek Redwoods, Del Norte Coast Redwoods, and Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Parks.
The other parks include the Del Norte Coast Redwoods State Park, Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park, and Redwood National Park. The 10,430-acre (4,220 ha) park was established in 1929 [2] and designated part of the California Coast Ranges International Biosphere Reserve in 1983. [3]
