I love the song, but I'm still confused by the words and title, which is fine, the words match the music. So, a) I don't think one word is going to help people understand the song/title, and b)that's ok. Of course, in the big picture this doesn't really mean much but I wanted to explain my reasoning for removing diminutive in the first place.
