The Purisima Creek Redwoods Open Space Preserve is located on the western slopes of historic Kings Mountain in Woodside, California. This 4,471-acre (1,809 ha) preserve was established with a $2 million gift from the Save the Redwoods League. Purisima Creek and several of its tributaries flow through the preserve.

Folger Estate Stable Historic District also known as Jones Ranch, Mountain Home Ranch, is located at 4040 Woodside Road in Woodside, California at Wunderlich Park, with the majority of the historic buildings built between 1905 and 1906. The Phleger Estate is a park in San Mateo County, California, United States. The park is located outside the town of Woodside and adjacent to Huddart County Park. [1] The park was acquired in 1991 by the Peninsula Open Space Trust (POST) for $25 million and is now part of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GGNRA). [2]
