Rugrats Runaway Reptar at Kings Island "Rugrats Runaway Reptar" was the name given to a trio of Suspended Family Coasters designed by Peter Clerx [7] for the Vekoma company. The first of the three coasters debuted in 2001 at Kings Island, and the years 2002 and 2003 saw its counterparts open at Dreamworld and Carowinds, respectively.
Kenny's Forest Flyer opened on 26 December 2002 as Rugrats Runaway Reptar. It was part of the new Nickelodeon Central themed area. When Rugrats Runaway Reptar became so immensely popular at Paramount's Kings Island, the then-owners, Paramount, decided to build a copy of the ride at Carowinds. Rugrats Runaway Reptar opened in 2003 at Paramount's Carowinds as a direct clone as the one found at Kings Island, the only difference being the color of the shoulder restraints.
Rugrats Runaway Reptar was the name of several roller coasters which have since been renamed and rethemed. These include: Flying Ace Aerial Chase, a steel inverted roller coaster at Kings Island amusement park in Mason, Ohio and Carowinds amusement park in Charlotte, North Carolina
