Deliver Us from Evil is a 2006 American documentary film that explores the life of Irish Catholic priest Oliver O'Grady, who admitted to having molested and raped approximately 25 children in Northern California from the late 1970s through the early 1990s. [1]
The film follows documentary filmmaker Alex Gibney as he examines the abuse of power in the Catholic Church system through the story of four deaf men—Terry Kohut, Gary Smith, Pat Kuehn and Arthur Budzinski—who set out to expose the priest who abused them during the mid-1960s at St. John's School for the Deaf.
The series follows the criminal trials of three Catholic priests accused of child sexual abuse.
