ForeFront Records is a contemporary Christian music and Christian rock record label founded in 1987 by Dan R. Brock, Eddie DeGarmo, Dana Key, and Ron W. Griffin. [1] It was purchased by EMI in 1996 from Dan R. Brock and Eddie DeGarmo, and is a division of Universal Music Group under Capitol Christian Music Group.
Tribute Records (Ben-Jamin' Universal Music) is an American gospel music record label established in 1990. The label was co-founded by jazz musician and former pro basketball player Ben Tankard and George King. King owned Nashville based Diadem Music Group which produced Contemporary Christian music.
It was established in 1992 and acquired by Brentwood Music in 1993. [1] The label's first big hit release was "Flood" by Jars of Clay in 1996. [2] The song was a hit on mainstream radio before hitting on Christian formats; it hit No. 12 on the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart and appeared in the Billboard Hot 100. [2]

Frontline Records was a Christian rock record label, founded in 1986 by James Kempner in Santa Ana, California. [1] The label focused primarily on modern rock, rap, dance-pop and hip-hop. [ 2 ] The label closed in the early 1990s, and then resurfaced in 2010 to digitally re-release its music catalog (including related labels).
