[2] Stumer expanded Alderbrook over the next fourteen years to include a lodge and amphitheater, ten acres, and 600' of waterfront. In 1927, Stumer sold the Alderbrook Inn to Clara Eastwood and Jessie Mustard, two women from Seattle. [3]
