After Cesar and Ignacio finally catch up with Nancy and Shane, Ignacio ultimately decides to allow the Botwin family to escape Esteban's grasp. Ignacio and Shane part on good terms, and each respects the other's willingness and ability to kill to protect their interests.
One of the mothers in the mommy group discovers that Shane's story about Stevie's mother was a lie; Shane threatens the women in an attempt to prevent them from calling Child Protective Services. After renewing the contacts in her sales network, she asks Guillermo for a portion of his regular weed shipment, but he rebuffs her.

Alexander Jerome Gould (born May 4, 1994 [1]) is an American acting agent and retired actor.He is best known for voicing the title character of the Pixar animated film Finding Nemo and for his portrayal of Shane Botwin on the Showtime drama series Weeds, the latter of which earned him two Screen Actors Guild Award nominations.
The season received generally positive reviews from critics. On Rotten Tomatoes, the first season of Weeds received 79%. The site's critics consensus reads: "Weeds is a cheeky comedy with dark, humorous, and sometimes outrageous moments centered around a talented female-led cast including Emmy winner Mary-Louise Parker."
