The Wendy's Championship for Children was an annual golf tournament for professional female golfers on the LPGA Tour from 1999 through 2006 in the Columbus, Ohio area. The tournament was played at the New Albany Country Club in New Albany, Ohio from 1999 to 2001.

The course of the Rocky Fork Creek in New Albany (yellow) and Plain Township (blue), in the northeastern corner of Franklin County. New Albany is located in northeastern Franklin County with a portion extending east into Licking County. It is northeast of Columbus at an elevation of 1,024 feet (312 m). [2]
The Ohio State University Golf Club is located in Upper Arlington, Ohio, a suburb of Columbus. [1] It was founded by L.W. St. John, (Ohio State University Athletic Director, 1912–1947). The golf club has two 18-hole golf courses: Scarlet and Gray. The Scarlet was completed in 1938 and the Gray was finished later in 1940.
