The South Beach Street Historic District is a U.S. historic district (designated as such on September 15, 1988) located in Daytona Beach, Florida. The district is bounded by Volusia Avenue, South Beach Street, South Street, and U.S. 1. It contains 154 historic buildings.
In 1884 David D. Rogers bought 47 acres (190,000 m 2) of land on the beach peninsula, east of Daytona, stretching from present-day Main Street on the north to Harvey Street on the south, and from the Atlantic Ocean on the east, to Pinewood Cemetery on the west. Rogers divided the property into lots for sale and named the development Seabreeze.

Free concerts are given in the summer at the Bandshell on the north end of the area. The Daytona Beach Pier, also known as the Main Street Pier, was built by Thomas Keating in the late 1800s.
