In an Aug. 29 letter to the Osage County Board of County Commissioners, Treasurer Sally Hulse said she planned to retire Dec. 31 from her position. Hulse, who has worked for Osage County for 36 years, would be about halfway through her current four-year term of office by Dec. 31.
