A beautifully done black bear skin rug is what we have here! Great long, black fur and excellent taxidermy workmanship have earned this a “Premier” rating… It has a thick double felt backing with rings at paws and head for a hanging display. This bear was harvested in 1973 and was taken to the taxidermy shop the same year. An older mount, but in excellent condition! Hair is a great light brown/tan color with good length and thickness. Mount features a great open mouth pose. Making for a non-aggressive appearance that still commands attention from the audience.
