In fact, despite I delete from game's folder the “nativetrainer.asi” in order to use rampage trainer instead, once into the game, when the F5 key is pressed, the native trainer menu keeps displaying overlapping the rampage trainer menu. I’m trying to use the RAMPAGE Trainer but the Native Trainer from Script Hook is on top of it and I’m unsure of what to do. Btw most of the mods I use need script hook so I cannot completely remove script hook Thanks guys.

Simple Trainer is the most feature packed, but Enhanced Native Trainer is the most straightforward.

F4 works for me and the Enhanced Native Trainer. I have heard that if you are using a PS4 or Xbox controller on your PC, Enhanced Native trainer could have issues with this and you could try disconnecting the controller before loading the enhanced native trainer and then connecting the controller back up and it should work fine.
