GIS / Strategic Services performs responsible mapping, recording, and technical computer work to record, produce and update deed information, tax maps and all GIS layers for Lee County, the City of Sanford and Town of Broadway.
The Tax Department is responsible for listing, appraising and assessing all real estate, personal property and Registered Motor Vehicles within Lee County. We are also responsible for collecting all current and delinquent taxes on all real and personal properties.
