The "Street" version of the music video features 2NE1 performing "Fire" on an abandoned street at night. The video also features a cameo appearance by G-Dragon of Big Bang. Both versions of the music video were filmed in secret during April 2009. The music videos were released May 6, 2009, both being directed by Seo Hyun-seung.

The music video was filmed in August 2010. Two different versions of the video were filmed: a Korean version and an English version—and were both directed by Seo Hyun-seung, who has also directed 2NE1's previous videos such as "Fire" and "Try to Follow Me". Filming for the music video lasted about 4 days for both the Korean and English versions.
It led the Music Bank chart for 5 consecutive weeks, becoming only one of the handful songs to do so. [11] An unplugged "reggae" version of the song was performed on Inkigayo on August 30, signaling the end of regular promotions for the song. However, due to the remix's popularity, it was further released to digital outlets on September 3. [33]
A Japanese version for the song was later included in the group's Japanese edition of their second Korean studio album Crush, which was released on June 25, 2014. The track was also featured in the 2NE1 Best Collection -Korea Edition- compilation album, which was released by YGEX in December of the same year.
