    VB version is Visual Basic 6.0 (SP3) 6.00.8464. comctl32.ocx version 6.1.7601.18837. Client OS is Win 8.1 64 bit. The issue does not prevent the application from installing. It installs and works for the most part. it even works on Win 8.1 laptops. It is just the newer hi res touch screen laptops like the Lenovo Yoga 12 where the problem arises.
