The World Para Table Tennis Championships are the world championships for para table tennis where athletes with a disability compete. They are organised by the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) on a four-year rotation with the Paralympic Games (every four years).

Table tennis at the 2024 Summer Paralympics in Paris, France took place between 29 August and 7 September at the South Paris Arena. [1] There were fifteen men's events (eleven singles, four doubles), fourteen women's events (ten singles, four doubles) and two mixed doubles events.
Table tennis competition has been in the Commonwealth Games since 2002, with singles and doubles events for both men and women. [1] Wheelchair play is an optional event for elite athletes with a disability (EAD) since the inclusion of Para-Sports in 2002. [2]
Players participate in regional championships (Fa50) earn 50 credit points. The tournament credit for the 2012 Summer Paralympics is 80 credit points must be met during a period starting on 4 November 2010 until 31 December 2011. [11] It's also required a minimum tournament credit for the qualification of World Para Table Tennis Championships. [12]
Pan-American Para Table Tennis Championships is a quadrennial sports event for para table tennis players who represent a North, Central or South American country. It started in 1995, there was a six year break then in 2001, it became a biennial event, after 2005, it became a quadrennial event.
