Bacarra, officially the Municipality of Bacarra (Ilocano: Ili ti Bacarra; Tagalog: Bayan ng Bacarra) is a municipality in the province of Ilocos Norte, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 33,496 people.
