Treasure Planet (An Original Walt Disney Records Soundtrack) is the soundtrack album to the 2002 animated science fiction adventure film Treasure Planet. The album features seventeen tracks – fifteen tracks from the score composed by James Newton Howard, and also featured two pop singles: "I'm Still Here" and "Always Know Where You Are".
A music video was created that featured a young man in front of changing scenery all the while Rzeznik is appearing alongside him. The young man and Rzeznik are seen running throughout the video towards Treasure Planet and away from the young man's arguing parents; Scroop, one of the villains from the movie, in silhouette; and the destruction of the planet.
The song began playing on mainstream radio stations July 31, 2012. [2] Hello was the group's second song to top the Hot Dance Club Songs chart after Brokenhearted . The "Hello, hello, hello" chorus interpolates the same lyrics from Nirvana 's " Smells Like Teen Spirit "; [ 3 ] the band is given writing credit on the track.
Aside from the Detroit studio of album producer RJ Rice, the recording of Hello took place at a variety of studios in Los Angeles. [7]The first music video for the album was for the single "Angry Johnny"; it featured Poe on the skeletal frame of a bed looking forlorn whilst destroying a variety of effects one might associate with romance (like roses or a box of chocolates).

Joe Viglione of AllMusic wrote, "'Hello, Hello, Hello,' much like Alice Cooper's use of Rolf Kemp's [sic] 'Hello Hooray,' is a nice opener, but the lyrics are more like Stevie Nicks witchcraft and magic." [3] Classic Rock History ranked "Hello, Hello, Hello" as the third best song by New England. [2]
