Hi all. I’ve been doing 2D CAD for a long time, started using 123D a few years ago. Still improving my printer. I’ve downloaded a T-rex skull file (STL) that I’d like to print for my son. Rather than do a 10(+?) hour print, I’d like to break the model into smaller pieces and do multiple prints. After saving the file as a .123dx I tried modifying the model but couldn’t. Any ...

At this point, let’s talk about small designer style ...

Hardware & 3D Printers. RepRaptor June 8, 2015, 8:12pm 1. Hey everyone, where do you buy your filament? ...
Going from one of those filaments to something that needs a higher temp to print without purging the previous material completely could cause those burn marks. At a temp over 210 C one is essentially burning the previous filament that is stuck in the extruder and nozzle and eventually it just leaks out randomly in blotches. 1 Like.
I am looking for someone that wants to design an Esso oil drop man Keyring for me to print I’ve tried to design this myself without success. I’m looking for a STL file that I could print to replace a Keyring I have lost…
Hey so recently I had an issue with the Einstart-s printer. It seems that the extruder is catching on the filament causing under extrusion on all my prints (has a clicking noise as it prints). So now I want to take apart the printer to see what might be causing the issue but Shining3D has no information on taking it apart. I think once I can take the plastic cover off the extruder I should be ...
