I have a gas furnace that is a few years old and a smart thermostat. Our heat was working fine yesterday. We woke up today and it was 60 in the house while the heat was turned on according to the the Thermostat and set to 74. No schedules or auto-turn off set or anything. I turned it off for about half an hour and turned it back on a few times.

Gas fireplace not turning on. Bought a house over the summer with 2 gas fireplaces. One I can get lit no problem. The other I can’t even get the pilot to light. I open the valve, push the knob in and can’t get the pilot in with the igniter or even a regular lighter. I’ve tried to hold the knob down for a few minutes and still nothing.
