Boat, 85hp Mercury outboard, trolling motor and trailer. After driving 2 hours to look at it, it was sold ON THE SPOT! I didnt even have him start it. The guy never even knew what he had. I have owned maybe 20 boats in in my 32 years. This by far is the coolest boat I ever drove/owned. Its is a tiny little bass boat with a huge outboard 850 engine.

At that time it was about six week from deposit to delivery. I must say the V160 is the first fiberglass boat that I have owned. I had an aluminum boat prior to that. My boat is light 895 lbs. and quick. It performs and has been reliable exceeding my expectations. When I bought my boat Bumblebee was celebrating their 25th year in business.
If you like to tournament fish there is a tournament out of Little Pigeon Creek at Yankeetown, In. About 30 minutes from O'boro. It's an open tournament. $60 per boat. You can fish alone or with a partner. The ramp is about a mile from the river. You can go down the creek and fish the river or fish up in the creek.
Billy outfished everyone in the boat 2 to 1, including the guide who made his living fishing for smallmouth on Lake Erie. Billy was a truley wonderful person. 02-21-2009 #12
These aren't made anymore, so they are rare and hard to find. This one is in excellent condition, with only normal cosmetic wear on the bottom of the pontoons from running some shallow creek rapids while smallmouth fishing! The boat is made of hard (kayak) material and will last forever if taken care of. Hobie makes quality stuff.
As another thought, the boat did it’s job protecting its crew. Marine grade aluminum stretches when it bends and as such as you noted structural integrity and potential cracking becomes an issue. My gut tells me folks that do industrial repairs to commercial marine vessels may be used to working on dented aluminum boats especially those that ...
Hey guys! First post here but have been reading for a few weeks. Lot of great info on here! This is my first year fishing from a boat (restored an old fishing boat this winter) and have been looking for trolling motor only places to fish. I bought my Peabody permit and have fished on the Ohio county side several times but have had limited luck.
yes, i fished it for the first time monday, you can take a boat all the way up to the dam, the only thing is that you must wear a life jacket up above the ramp. There is a public ramp at the steam plant, just follow the signs.
