You can use cheats to give sims pregnancy complications and trigger premature birth since the odds of having premature birth is very low naturally. You can find the menu to do so in Childbirth settings.
Sims should no longer wear random outfits when getting the epidural or dilation check during premature births. Added even more tags to make the incubator easier to find. Gender reveal balloons and cakes will no longer stack in sims inventory if they are the same colour inside.
