29 Messages. Friday, July 3rd, 2020 2:00 PM. Closed. Rotary Phone - Can I still hook it up? When I moved into my current home about 7 years ago I found an old rotary phone in the basement. When I had my Internet, phone, and cable set up by Xfinity, the tech tried to hook the phone up so that it could still be used as a house phone.
Thanks BruceW! I will get a splitter and hook it up. We have antique phones (lollypops, etc.) and in the other house - we could just plug them into the wall jacks (couldn't dial out BUT could answer calls). Here, it is wireless - but the splitter should do the job. Will hook up one of the phones for the Grandkids. Thanks a bunch!

I would need to refer you to one of our Xfinity Mobile experts and you can reach them by calling 1-888-936-4968. They would be able to tell you if the OnePlus8 would be compatible with our services, though typically, if it isn't listed on the website it wouldn't be compatible with our service. 0.
I recently joined xfinity mobile and found out my phone isn't compatible with the network even though the compatibility checker said it would be. Is there a list of compatible phones somewhere that I can use to verify what phone that I get to replace it will be compatible? I am thinking about getting an S10 5G if I can find one that will work.

Support said it could be old sim cards so send us new ones, that seemed to make the problem worse. There are instances where turning on airplane mode does work, but it doesn't always work and requires a full restart to solve the problem. On extremely rare instances restarting doesn't work and it requires a second restart to work.
Wednesday, January 6th, 2021 11:00 AM. Phone loses service after disconnecting from wifi. When I leave my home and my phone disconnects from my home wifi (also xfinity) my phone loses all cell service. The only way to fix it is to switch airplane mode on and off. I have let it sit while I drive to see if its just being slow and it never comes ...
