  2. Has anyone actually gotten a job through the Mom Project?

    www.reddit.com/.../q1ztce/has_anyone_actually_gotten_a_job_through_the_mom

Is The Mom Project just an organization where companies pay them money just to say they support TMP and not really hire anyone? Similar to The Red Cross, where they take donations and use 1% to actually help people. I've read the reviews on Glassdoor and their employees are treated badly. Layoffs, internal black balling, and toxic work environment.

The Mom Project seems kinda scammy, definitely wouldn't recommend them. So I just received an email to schedule an interview for a job I applied for yesterday. Kinda sketch because it doesn't say the companies name. Apparently some companies opt out of providing their names until the interview for various reasons.

Employers (at least in my area of expertise) want the CTO of Google for the 1975 salary of a busboy. I tried The Mom Project (TMP) as an employer and it’s really similar to an agency. The biggest downside to it is when someone applies to a job, the application stays in TMP’s system, so unless the employer logs in regularly to check, no one ...

Anyone can respond. Hello! Curious if anyone has had experience, positive or negative, with the SelfMade freelancing platform by the Mom Project. I've had a great experience getting hired full-time by the Mom Project. I want to explore their freelance platform. It's new so I haven't seen any reviews.

I tried googling the company but got vague info. Only 5 ppl on Linkedin says they work there-all one ethnicity with poorly made profiles. The job I was applying for wasn't even listed on their website. When my interview came, no one called. I called them 15 min later...on their temporary Google number mom project gave me.

I asked the mom's project to give me more money they said they can make me their employee and give me a 5000 bonus after three months. Alright, I did my three months. Now the company is pushing their employee back, the team decided to do be in the office once a week.
