The Citizens Police Liaison Committee (CPLC) (Urdu: شہری پولیس رابطہ پنچائیت) is a public-private relationship, self-funding, Non-Political Statutory organization, established under a notification by the Sindh government. The CPLC provides relief and technical support to victims of crime.
