Qedani Dorothy Mahlangu (born 12 May 1968) is a South African politician who served continuously in the Gauteng Executive Council from 2004 to 2017. She is best known for her tenure as Gauteng's Member of the Executive Council (MEC) for Health from 2014 to 2017, when she presided over the Life Esidimeni scandal.
