The following are lists in a series of Recorded Texas Historic Landmarks (RTHLs) arranged by county as designated by the Texas Historical Commission and local county historical commissions in Texas. Purchase and display of a historical marker is a required component of the RTHL designation process.

This is intended to be a complete list of properties listed on the National Register of Historic Places in Kaufman County, Texas. There are eight properties listed on the National Register in the county. Four properties are Recorded Texas Historic Landmarks including one that is also a State Antiquities Landmark.
There are seven districts and 29 individual properties listed on the National Register in the county.
