Green River College is a public community college in Auburn, Washington, United States. It has a student body of over 13,000 [2] and has satellite campuses in nearby cities of Kent and Enumclaw, Washington. The college primarily awards associates degrees but also offers 9 bachelor's degrees.
The college employs 431 full- and part-time faculty, exempt and classified salaried employees. CPTC also manages the Northwest Career & Technical High School. NWC&THS allows high school students to complete their diploma while simultaneously taking classes in their career program. In Fall of 2003 NWCTHS opened with 21 students.
KGRG-FM was chosen to be one of the first college radio stations to be available on iHeartRadio's College section and became #1 in their first month on the site. During November 2023, the station switched to a Modern AC-leaning Top 40 presentation, moving much of the alternative music onto the HD-2 signal and KGRG (AM) .
