8 pointers must score 120", 9 pointers must score 125" and 10 pointers must score 130". If the first buck makes the points, then you can hunt for a 140"+ for your second buck. You can take as many culls and doe within the legal limit. Dove and duck hunting is allowed, but deer hunters have "first right."

I think 7 stands is alot but 1500 a gun for 3 guns isn't bad these days. There's just not a lot of deer leases available for that price nowadays.

He has great packages and it is very family welcome. Season is still open on his ranch, since he got special permission from the game wardens.
Just curious as to what any of you that have leases around the Cuero area are paying per acre. I have a chance to lease a small (400 ac ) place with a cabin on it. The landowner wants me to make an offer, I dont what to shoot myself in the foot, but I dont want to leave any money on the table either. I'm thinking around $ 15 - $ 17 per acre.
