February 17 edited July 10 in Spectrum Archives: 2020 - Present I am trying to install security suite but it won't let me select an operating system. Any ideas?

OK TY. I did just as you said. It would not download with any other browser EXCEPT Chrome. I had Edge, Google and Bing in my laptop. Once I downloaded Chrome then I re-applied the F-Secure in Edge as it stated. Right now it is scanning. I was using the Securirty Suite with I like for it Banking program and somehow was not working properly.

As a Charter/Spectrum customer I have also been experiencing problems with Charter Security Suite, provided by F-Secure. The first problem I encountered on Jan 17, 2024. Security Suite showed a message stating subscription had expired. I contacted Charter tech support and was advised to uninstall using uninstall tool and reinstall. After ...
It said website was blocked due to something and to manage it download spectrum app if its a home account or another link for business account. Spectrum logo was on top left. I already have the spectrum app so I went on it to check and shield is turned off so not sure whats going on. Its been like this for a week

F secure is offered free by spectrum ISP service. Brad03 Posts: 4 New Member. December 2019. I found out yesterday that f secure is offered by spectrum WiFi service free of charge. My only concern is do they keep the product up to date with F secures product versions?
Answer. Palcouk. Replied on November 12, 2022. Report abuse. Nothing in win would block the installation unless you are using a win user that has limited rights. Then if this is a new PC it will have been supplied with a free security suite, even if only a trial and its this that maybe blocking, as you cannot have mutiple security tools running.
