The 6P2C, 6P4C, and 6P6C modular connectors are probably best known for their use as RJ11, RJ14, and RJ25 non-powered registered jacks, respectively (and 6P4C and 6P6C for powered RJ11 and RJ14, power being delivered on the outer pairs). These interfaces use the same six-position modular connector body but have different numbers of pins installed.
Cords connecting to an RJ11 interface require a 6P2C connector. Nevertheless, cords sold as RJ11 often use 6P4C connectors (six position, four conductor) with four wires. Two of the six possible contact positions connect tip and ring, and the other two conductors are unused. RJ11 is commonly used to connect DSL modems to the customer line.

A typical TAE installation is a multi-socket junction box with at least one N connector and one F connector socket in the box, but having usually two N and one F connector. Up to three N connectors are possible. Network service enters the box and connects to pins 1 and 2 on the right-most N connector.

GG45 is a variant of ARJ45 that allows for cables terminated with male 8P8C (AKA RJ45) connectors to be plugged into GG45 jacks. However, GG45 cables cannot plug into 8P8C jacks as a protrusion on the socket is designed to activate a switch on the jack for the alternative contact positions.
These are a recent introduction and do not seem to be easily available as separate parts. All fit any right-handed "Type 600" telephone socket. Type 430A and 630A plugs have the latch on the opposite (left hand) side of the plug, and were used as headset plugs on some switchboards and as handset connectors on some telephones, e.g. Ambassador.
